Vebego Facility Management Services GmbH & Co. KG leases over 2,000 square meters in light industrial property

Vebego Facility Management Services GmbH & Co. KG has signed a lease for more than 2,000 square meters in the light industrial property at Max-Planck-Strasse 21 in Dreieich. The property was acquired by the KanAm Grund Group at the end of 2021 as part of an asset deal for one of its specialized real estate funds. Together with the light industrial property in Dreieich, a last-mile logistics property in Bad Hersfeld and two logistics and light industrial properties in Nettetal and Meckenbeuren were also purchased at the time. The properties have a total space of 24,000 square meters and are fully let.

The light industrial property in Dreieich has a space of over 2,800 square meters. Following the acquisition of the previous main tenant, Caverion Deutschland GmbH, Vebego Facility Management Services GmbH & Co. KG initially took over the lease - and has now extended it on a long-term basis.   
The family-owned company Vebego was founded in the Netherlands in 1943 and employs over 40,000 people in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria. Its range of services includes facility management, building services and cleaning services, landscaping, security services and healthcare. Vebego has over 8,000 employees in Germany.    
Another tenant in Dreieich is the technology and software company, Grundwald Display Solutions GmbH.
