KanAm Grund Group's “Myhatten” project honored

SO!APART Award 2025 for MASEVEN Frankfurt Messe

The KanAm Grund Group is delighted to receive a prestigious award: its MASEVEN Frankfurt Messe development on Gutleutstraße was honored in the “sustainable and special” category at the SO!APART Awards 2025 in Leipzig.

The jury praised the serviced apartment hotel for having the most coherent overall sustainability concept among this year's applicants. Opened in February 2025, the new building impressed with its well-thought-out sustainability approach and architecture that harmoniously combines modern aesthetics, environmentally conscious construction, and a high level of guest comfort. The property was also nominated in the “large and magnificent (serviced apartment building)” category.

A sustainable temporary home in Frankfurt’s Gutleut district
MASEVEN Frankfurt Messe offers 252 modern serviced apartments in a M-shaped, energy-efficient new building with four full floors and a recessed floor. A roof terrace and green outdoor areas create additional attractive living spaces and contribute to improving the urban climate.

The building is operated by MASEVEN Management GmbH under a 25-year lease agreement. Sustainable construction, a digital guest experience, and socially responsible corporate management form the central pillars of the concept.

The “Myhatten” project is part of the portfolio of the KanAm Grund German Development Fund, which was launched in 2018.
The KanAm Grund Group sees the award for the “Myhatten” project as confirmation of its sustainable and economically oriented approach. At the same time, the award serves as motivation to further develop innovative concepts and contribute to the design of sustainable urban neighborhood
