Following careful review, KanAm Grund Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH has decided to terminate the management of the LEADING CITIES INVEST fund in accordance with Section 99 of the German Investment Code (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch – KAGB) and Section 18 of the General Investment Terms and Conditions, and to commence an orderly wind-down of the fund.
The issue and redemption of units have been suspended permanently. The liquidation of the fund assets will take place gradually over the next years through the sale of properties. The available liquidity will be distributed to investors in a gradual and equitable manner.
