Numerous leasing successes by KanAm Grund Group in one of its regional funds

In the properties TWO in Wiesbaden, ABC West in Frankfurt, and Haidelweg 46-48 in Munich, which are all part of a regionally focused real estate specialty fund of KanAm Grund Group, the asset management team achieved a new lease as well as three lease extensions. Overall, spaces exceeding 3,500 square meters have been newly leased or existing lease agreements extended.

TWO in Wiesbaden offers high ESG standards
Michels Trenchless GmbH has signed a 5-year lease for over 500 square meters in the TWO in Wiesbaden. The multi-tenant building, with an H-shaped floor plan, offers over 16,300 square meters of rental space, consisting of more than 14,000 square meters of office space and nearly 2,300 square meters of additional areas. The property boasts high sustainability standards and has a LEED Gold certification.

Targeted asset management measures at ABC West enhance the building's attractiveness
Existing tenants American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) and Schweitzer Fachinformationen oHG have finalized lease extensions for approximately 1,600 square meters in ABC West in Frankfurt for an additional five years. The office building comprises around 13,300 square meters of office and storage space, as well as 275 underground parking spots. Through targeted asset management and sustainability initiatives over recent months, KanAm Grund Group has further increased the attractiveness of the property. ABC West has recently been connected to the district heating network, representing a significant step towards a more sustainable and efficient energy supply, positively impacting the energy consumption and heating costs for tenants.

Main tenant at Haidelweg 46-48 extends lease
AUREN Treuhand GmbH has signed a 5-year lease extension for its office space of nearly 1,500 square meters at Haidelweg 46-48 in Munich. Haidelweg 46-48 is a multi-tenant property that features offices, apartments, a daycare center, and a social facility. The property was built in 2001 and modernized in 2008. It encompasses over 5,300 square meters of total area, distributed across a basement and four upper floors. Additionally, there are 53 underground parking spaces and seven outdoor parking spots.

Investment opportunities for institutional investors at KanAm Grund Group
The TWO in Wiesbaden, ABC West in Frankfurt, and the property at Haidelweg 46-48 are all owned by a regionally oriented real estate specialty fund of KanAm Grund Group focused on the southern federal states. Furthermore, the fund’s portfolio currently consists of six additional properties.
In addition to this fund, there are currently eight other specialty funds and twelve asset management mandates. Tailored for various institutional investors such as credit institutions, insurance companies, and pension funds, the funds represent different risk classes and types of use. Four open special AIFs have been specifically established for savings banks and cooperative banks for their depot-A investments.
