Educational Real Estate: Investing in Future Viability

The investment needs in schools, daycare centers, and universities are enormous: despite publicly planned funding, an increasing investment gap of more than 50 billion euros remains. Many buildings require renovation, while the demand for modern learning environments continues to grow.
 

This is where private capital can be put to effective use. Institutional investors and fund companies can, through targeted investments in new construction and modernization projects, not only help improve educational infrastructure but also achieve long-term stable returns—secured by predominantly public tenants and demand largely independent of economic cycles.
