ASB Bildung gGmbH (ASB) has signed a long-term lease for approximately 2,300 square meters of office space at ABC West, Solmsstrasse 71–75 in Frankfurt. With ASB moving in, the six-story office building in City West gains another renowned tenant.
ABC West comprises a total of around 13,500 square meters of office space spread across six upper floors and features three separate entrances, each equipped with two elevators. Varying office depths allow for flexible space design. An underground garage with 275 parking spaces, connection to the district heating network, and excellent accessibility by public transport and bicycle make the property particularly attractive. Numerous restaurants, shops, and other everyday amenities are located in the immediate vicinity.
In addition to ASB Bildung gGmbH, other tenants include 1&1 Versatel Deutschland GmbH, Falk GmbH & Co. KG, Deutsche Bahn AG, esp group GmbH, consignum Rechtsanwälte, as well as American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) and Schweitzer Fachinformationen oHG, both of which extended their leases at ABC West just last year. This reaffirms their confidence in the building’s quality and the attractiveness of its location.
The KanAm Grund Group, which manages the property as part of one of its regional funds, has implemented targeted measures in recent months to enhance sustainability and overall appeal. These include, in particular, the connection to the district heating network, ensuring a more efficient and environmentally friendly energy supply. This represents an important step toward a more sustainable and efficient energy system that also positively impacts tenants’ energy consumption and heating costs. In addition, all elevators and stairwells are scheduled to be modernized by the end of the year.
